● SECTION 2.1

2.1 How Ride Booking Works

ExamSafexa provides dedicated Pickup & Drop transportation services for designated examination-related routes, subject to fleet availability. Operational transit routes may include:

Railway Station → Student Accommodation / Hotel
Inter-State Bus Stand → Student Accommodation
City Airport → Student Accommodation
Accommodation → Examination Centre
Examination Centre → Accommodation / Transit Hub
Other authorized designated pickup and drop locations offered by ExamSafexa
Rides are strictly available only for the specific routes, travel dates, and scheduled time slots displayed and confirmed through ExamSafexa.
● SECTION 2.2

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A ride will be officially considered confirmed only after:

  • All required passenger and booking details have been submitted accurately;
  • Applicable ride fare payment has been successfully completed and verified; and
  • A formal booking confirmation containing a unique Booking ID has been generated by ExamSafexa.

Customers should retain their Booking ID until completion of the journey and gate arrival.

● SECTION 2.3

2.3 Pickup & Drop Rules

To ensure orderly and punctual transit for all candidates, customers must adhere to the following rules:

  • Reach the designated pickup location on time as per the scheduled itinerary.
  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off address details during the reservation process.
  • Keep their registered mobile phone charged and available throughout the transit window.
  • Follow all reasonable transit instructions provided by the driver or service provider.
  • Remain stationed at the designated pickup assembly point until the authorized vehicle arrives.
  • Inform ExamSafexa support as soon as possible if unable to reach the pickup point on time.
Pickup or drop locations may be changed only where operationally feasible and subject to explicit confirmation by ExamSafexa.
● SECTION 2.4

2.4 Reporting Time & Safety Buffers

Exam morning schedules demand strict buffer management:

Students are strongly advised to reach the designated pickup location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Students must plan and maintain sufficient buffer time before their official examination gate closure, accounting for morning traffic density, weather conditions, security screenings, document verification queues, and admit card checks.
Students should strictly avoid booking rides with inadequate buffer time prior to examination reporting deadlines.
ExamSafexa does not guarantee examination hall admission or arrival at a specific minute where delays result from factors beyond reasonable operational control.
● SECTION 3.1

3.1 Driver and Vehicle Standards

ExamSafexa provides transportation services directly or through authorized transportation and fleet service partners:

  • Where applicable, relevant vehicle and driver details (vehicle registration number, vehicle model, and driver contact) may be provided to the customer before or around the scheduled pickup time.
  • Customers must verify the vehicle number plate and driver identity against the provided booking details prior to boarding.
● SECTION 3.2

3.2 Driver Conduct & Verification

All drivers and transport service providers engaged through ExamSafexa are bound by rigorous conduct standards and are expected to:

Strictly obey all applicable traffic regulations, speed limits, and transport safety laws.
Maintain dignified, respectful, and courteous conduct toward students and guardians at all times.
Follow the officially assigned pickup, transit, and drop route without unauthorized detours.
Exercise sound defensive driving and passenger safety practices.
Strictly refrain from inappropriate verbal, physical, or personal interactions with passengers.
Respect passenger privacy, confidentiality, and physical boundaries without compromise.
Any serious complaint regarding driver behavior, erratic driving, or policy violations should be reported immediately to ExamSafexa support for rapid intervention.
● SECTION 3.3

3.3 Passenger Safety & Code of Conduct

Passenger cooperation is essential to maintaining transit safety standards:

  • Passengers must wear seat belts where provided in the vehicle or required by motor vehicle regulations.
  • Remain securely seated throughout the transit journey while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Follow all vehicle safety rules and operational guidelines given by the driver.
  • Avoid any action that may distract or obstruct the driver during vehicle operation.
  • Never engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior.
  • Do not intentionally cause damage, defacement, or tampering with the vehicle interior or equipment.
● SECTION 4

4. Student / Customer Responsibilities

The student and booking customer bear sole responsibility for providing complete and accurate information during booking:

Full legal student name, registered mobile phone number, exact pickup and drop coordinates, travel date, pickup time, examination slot details, and emergency guardian contact numbers.
ExamSafexa will not be liable for missed pickups, delays, or consequences arising directly from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Students are solely responsible for keeping their examination admit card, official ID cards, pen kits, mobile phones, luggage, money, and personal valuables secure in their personal possession throughout the journey.
● SECTION 5

5. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Safe baggage guidelines for shared transit:

  • Customers should carry reasonable personal luggage suitable for the booked vehicle capacity and shared passenger space.
  • Valuable items (wallets, gold jewelry, laptops, examination original credentials) must never be left unattended inside the vehicle.
  • ExamSafexa will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings resulting from passenger negligence or failure to secure personal items.
● SECTION 6

6. Service Availability & Expansion

ExamSafexa transit corridors are actively deployed in high-density exam centers:

Pickup & Drop services are currently operational in Kota and Jaipur, subject to corridor route viability and time-slot capacity.
ExamSafexa is actively expanding its verified transit operations to additional coaching and examination cities across India.
Service availability may vary based on route demand, booking dates, operational fleet capacity, examination calendar shifts, local weather, and administrative guidelines.
● SECTION 7

7. Delays or Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events

Transit schedules may experience disruption or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ExamSafexa or its fleet partners, including:

Severe traffic congestion or arterial gridlock
Highway road accidents and emergency barricades
Extreme monsoon, dense fog, waterlogging, or severe weather
Public road closures, VIP convoy movements, or construction detours
Natural disasters, localized flooding, or environmental hazards
Government restrictions, Section 144 orders, or public curfews
Civic strikes, protests, bandhs, or civil disturbances
Unforeseen mechanical vehicle breakdown during transit
Other force majeure or public emergency situations
In such situations, ExamSafexa will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer promptly, arrange an alternative vehicle or service where available, or cancel the booking and process an applicable refund.
● SECTION 8

8. Emergency & Safety Support

Safety is our paramount priority on exam day:

Students should immediately contact ExamSafexa support in the event of any safety concern during an ExamSafexa-arranged ride.
Where an SOS or emergency-support feature is available in the platform, students may trigger the broadcast in accordance with established safety procedures.
In any immediate emergency involving serious physical injury, threat to life, or criminal conduct, passengers should dial local police and emergency numbers (112 / 100) first, and notify ExamSafexa support immediately thereafter.
● SECTION 9

9. Changes to Booking

Modifications to scheduled rides:

  • Requests to change pickup location, drop location, travel date, pickup time, or passenger details must be formally submitted through ExamSafexa customer support.
  • All modifications remain strictly subject to fleet availability and route viability.
  • A booking change may result in an additional fare adjustment or refund modification depending on timing and operational cost impacts.
● SECTION 10

10. ExamSafexa's Platform Role

Scope of transit facilitation:

ExamSafexa facilitates and provides designated Pickup & Drop transportation services specifically for examination-related commute corridors.
The primary inter-city journey (long-distance rail, commercial inter-city bus, commercial flight, or personal transport) to the examination city is NOT included in the local Pickup & Drop booking unless explicitly contracted.
Students may independently arrange their long-distance inter-city transportation to Kota, Jaipur, or other exam destinations.
The ExamSafexa Pickup & Drop service applies solely to the specific transit journey confirmed under the generated Booking ID.
● SECTION 11 & 12

ExamSafexa may update this policy from time to time to reflect modifications in its service portfolio, operational scope, safety technology, or statutory regulations. The latest version published on the ExamSafexa website will govern future bookings.
